My first stay at Island Asylum. ๐Ÿ๏ธ Thoughts from a first-time guest…

Hi, friends- Payton here! I help manage social media for our North Topsail Rentals properties. I recently stayed at Island Asylum with my family. It was the best way for me to experience what it's like for our guests. I know... such a tough job! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚ All jokes aside, my family and I couldn’t have enjoyed this home anymore! Here are a few of my takeaways that you might find helpful…

The Main Living Space

Open and airy, with lots of natural light and ocean or sound views from every window, Island Asylum's main living room was comfy and luxurious. My family and I spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen, eating at the dining table, and lounging in the living room. The main deck is spacious and we especially enjoyed swinging while looking at the ocean. When the evenings came with the cool wind, we soaked in the hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

The Bedroom Suites

Did you realize that all of Island Aslyum's bedrooms have their own attached bathroom? That's right - 2 King Suites and 1 Queen Suite. All three couples in the family were more than comfortable with a large bed and their own bathroom. On top of that, every room had an ocean view. All couples enjoyed the privacy and felt just as comfortable there as we do in our own homes.

The Backyard & Beach Access

The fenced-in backyard features a perfect-sized swimming pool, outdoor shower, gas grill, and plenty of picnic table and lounge seating. My family and I spent ample time enjoying the salty air here. Arguably, the best feature of the property is the ease of the beach access. Simply walk out the back gate from the fence. through the remaining backyard, and you'll find yourself immediately at the beach access.
