Arguably the best time to visit North Topsail Beach, we encourage guests to plan a trip to during this time. Not only is it incredibly affordable, but it’s our favorite time on the island. Minimal crowds, warm weather, fresh seashells, and everything is open. Come stay between April and May!
Fun & Sand Season
June 1st - September 10th

This season books up the quickest. Prime beach dates are prime for lots of reasons. And while we love hosting you any time of the year, we encourage guests to book a date in the Fun & Sand timeframe ASAP for the best chance at getting the dates you want. We open the following year's dates for booking as soon as possible to give you the opportunity to book the exact home and exact dates that you need.
