The first and most important amenity for a beach vacation is, of course, easy beach access. There’s nothing quite like being able to step out of your accommodation, right to the sand. Thankfully, all of our homes are either beachfront, have ocean views, feature neighborhood beach access, or are just a very short walk from the ocean. This makes it easy to travel with family members young and old!
2. Great Big Porches
Whether you could live in the sand or prefer to admire it from a distance, everyone needs a spacious porch to relax on while visiting the beach. Perhaps you'll enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise, partake in a meal outside, or maybe you will be lucky enough to catch a nap. However you choose to relax, a large porch with comfortable seating is a must!
3. Swimming Pool and/or Hot Tub
Sometimes, the ocean can be too rough or the weather too unpredictable, so having a swimming pool as an alternative (or added bonus) is a must. Three of our homes have private saltwater pools, ready to host you! On the contrary, if you're visiting in the cooler months or just enjoy extra relaxation, those same homes also have at least one private hot tub! 4. Nearby Dining Options
